Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that we basically cannot accept returns at the customer's convenience.
Only in the case of initial defects or damage, we will exchange the product for a new one if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Re-delivery

We do not accept reshipments in the event that an order is returned due to customer relocation, address entry errors resulting in an unknown delivery address, long-term absence, or non-payment of duties and taxes, including customs duties and other taxes. Shipping charges (including duties and taxes), handling fees, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded to the payment method used.
