Shipping policy

Delivery:
Your order will be shipped directly to you from Japan. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. Shipping to Japan is by Yamato Transport, and to countries and regions outside Japan by Express Courier (Air) DHL.
If the delivery address specified by the customer is found to be outside the delivery area of the shipping company, the order may be cancelled.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to U.S. military bases.
If you wish to have your order shipped outside of Japan, please enter your name and address in single-byte alphanumeric characters.

The estimated delivery date is listed on the detail page of each product, so please check it at the time of purchase.

Domestic shipping: 800 yen flat rate (However, the rate may vary depending on some items ordered. Please check on the checkout page.)
International shipping: 3,000 yen on average

 Re-delivery:
We do not offer reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to customer relocation, address entry error resulting in an unknown delivery address, long-term absence, non-payment of duties and other taxes included, import non-permission, or other reasons. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Shipping (including duties and taxes), handling charges, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used.
We will inform you of the refund details by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.
