What types of payment methods do you accept?

Payment is completed at the time of order. Please contact your credit card company or payment service for information on when your payment will be deducted.
Please note that if you do not make the payment within 2 days, your order will be cancelled. Please note that your order will be canceled if payment is not made within 2 days. If you have set up a domain name to receive e-mails from komoju.com, please cancel the domain name or add "komoju.com" to the domain name list.
A 190 yen (tax included) transaction fee will be charged for payment at a convenience store. -
Orders
Can I edit my order?
Please contact us if you wish to edit your order, as it depends on the availability and readiness to ship.
An error message is displayed when multiple items I wish to purchase do not appear in my cart. What should I do?
You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

When will I receive my order?
