The title track “BA-BY,” which also serves as the single’s title, was produced by DJ Yohji Igarashi—who serves as the main composer for rapper HIYADAM and also writes songs and creates remixes for various artists—DJ Yohji Igarashi—who serves as the main composer for rapper HIYADAM and also provides songs and remixes for various artists—handled the music production, sound design, and composition, while Pecori of ODD Foot Works wrote the lyrics and composed the music. Whilethe track features an aggressive rock sound befitting ASP’s true essence, the chorus unfolds with emotional depth, making it a work that showcases the current ASP to the fullest.
Additionally, “Get New Mirai,” the B-side to “BA-BY” and released digitally in advance starting Sunday, May 4, was produced by Age Factory.
JACKSON kaki handled the art direction for the cover art. The design features a fictional character embodying the characteristics described in the lyrics of “BA-BY,” with various motifs arranged and collaged in an irregular pattern.The Blu-ray included in the
first-press limited edition features live footage from “WACK in the U.K.,” as well as the music video for “TOTSUGEKI!!!!!” and behind-the-scenes footage.
Furthermore, a live photo book featuring images taken during past London performances will be included.
