It has been announced that Kishidan will release their single “Weekend Bancho” on August 8, 2018—their first single in two years and eight months!This song was used as the closing theme for their past two national tours, making this a long-awaited release for Kishidan fans.
To coincide with the single’s release, the song has been selected as the official theme song for “Kishidan Expo 2018,” which will be
held on Saturday, September 15, and Sunday, September 16, at Sodegaura Seaside Park in Chiba Prefecture.
In addition to the title track “Weekend Boss,” the single includes “RUNNING MAN,
” the official cheer song for the JAL Honolulu Marathon; “ABAYO,” the theme song for the movie *Kamen Rider Ghost: 100 Eyecores and Ghost—The Moment of Destiny*;
and “Utagoe,” featured
on MUCC’s tribute album “TRIBUTE OF MUCC -En [en]-,” released on November 22, 2017—for a total of four tracks.
