The album title, “PHANTOMIME,” is a portmanteau of “PHANTOME” (phantom) and “PANTOMIME” (mime), expressing how Mori Calliope (PHANTOME), a virtual artist, strives through her performances (PANTOMIME).The album conveys a message of living for oneself rather than for
others, and finding hope even amidst suffering.
The album features a total of 10 tracks, including “Tide,” a collaboration with AI—one of Japan’s leading artists who garnered attention with her digital release in April 2024; “Go-Getters,” the ending theme for the TV anime “Isekai Suicide Squad”; “SNEAKING,” the official collaboration song for “Metal Gear”; and more!The Standard Edition also includes “Bonus Track B.”
