● Winners must present a “photo ID” on the day of the event. Details regarding other items to bring on the day of the event will be provided to the winners.

Please note that detailed instructions for the event day will be sent to winners approximately one week prior to each event date (scheduled); however, please be aware that these instructions may be sent just before the event date.

● If you do not receive the winning notification email due to domain-specific reception settings or other reasons, your win will be invalidated. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the outcome of your application.

● The Meet & Greet may be canceled or its content altered at the discretion of the organizers due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents involving performers, public transportation disruptions, or equipment malfunctions. Please note that even in such cases, no refunds or rescheduling of the event will be provided.
● Travel and accommodation expenses on the day of the event are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot compensate for travel expenses in the event of a change in the event date or cancellation of the Meet & Greet.
● We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any problems or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the winner.
● The organizers will not intervene in any disputes between customers regarding winning rights.
