The title of their debut single is “Flashlight.” Amid a mix of excitement and anxiety as they face a
new environment, the song depicts the emotional journey of using their own light—rather than relying on someone else’s—to find their way forward.
The mid-tempo beat offers a comforting feeling that gently eases the tension, as if whispering, “It’s okay, just take it easy.” It’s a song that resonates not only with the group themselves as they make their debut on Wednesday, April 1, but also with everyone standing at the threshold of a new chapter in their lives.
The B-sides feature three songs originally written as audition pieces, recorded by the debut members and included one per edition.
〈TYPE A〉 features “Kiseki” by Shin Sakiura; 〈TYPE B〉 features “Coming Back” by Maynard & Blaise of MONKEY MAJIK; and 〈TYPE C〉 features “100%er” by Hidefumi Kenmochi of Wednesday Campanella.Through these three songs, which span different
genres, listeners can sense the group’s wide range of expression and their
potential as a vocal unit.
