Concept, Structure, and General Direction by Kensaku Kobayashi The “Ikebukuro Sunshine Troupe Leader Festival,” a

theatrical celebration bringing together a fictional troupe of popular theater, has been announced.
In this unique festival crafted by Kensaku Kobayashi (Concept and General Direction), five of the theater world’s most brilliant talents will appear as “Daily Troupe Leaders.”A star-studded lineup—including Hironori
Araki, Hiroki Nanami, Hiroki Nakata, Rei Fujita, and spi—will take turns appearing and serving as lead actors.
Additionally, a diverse cast including Masahiko Iino, Shotaro Okubo, Daiki Sagawa, Ayumu Sakumoto, Tetsuto Nakamura, and Keizo Nagashima will appear in all performances as ensemble members, providing strong supporting roles.

In addition to a double bill of short plays—a period drama and a Western—the show features a four-part program that includes interactive segments like a quiz corner where the audience can join in the fun, as well as dance performances!

This release captures every moment of the performances held at the Tokyo Sunshine Theater from Friday, February 21, 2025, through Sunday, March 2, 2025!
