To commemorate the 15th anniversary of her debut on April 8, 2013, she has announced her first-ever five-month consecutive release series, with a new release on the 8th of every month!
As the first installment, she will release the mini-album *LOVE*, featuring a total of 12 tracks, including three newly written songs—"Song 4 u," "Missing," and "Melody"—as well as a remix of her smash hit "You & Me"!
“Song 4 u” has been selected as the theme song for the video game *Tales of Xillia 2*, set for release on November 1, andand when the song was first unveiled at the “Tokyo Game Show 2012” held at Makuhari Messe on September 23, it was greeted with thunderous cheers from enthusiastic *Tales* fans.Following last year’s “progress,” this collaboration with the “Tales of” series features a song with an epic atmosphere and a sense of speed that truly lives up to fans’ expectations.
“Missing” is a heartfelt, rock-infused mid-tempo track composed by Kazuhiro Hara, who has produced numerous hit songs. With lyrics that pierce the heart and a voice that seems ready to burst, it is the ultimate love song—one that only Ayu could possibly deliver.
“Melody” is a mid-tempo ballad composed by Yasuhiko Hoshino; its gentle, memorable melody and enveloping vocals truly represent the essence of an ayu ballad.
All three tracks fully showcase ayu’s charm.Furthermore, this masterpiece features a total of 12 tracks, including a remix of “You & Me”—which took this summer by storm and remains a hit—by Shinichi Osawa and Remo-con; an orchestral version of “Song 4 u”; and remixes of “Missing” and “Melody”! Kicking off with this mini-album, there will be a whirlwind of five consecutive releases on Saturday, December 8; Tuesday, January 8; Friday, February 8; and Friday, March 8!!
