Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra has announced that Haruko Nagaya (Midori-Kiro-Shakai) will join them as a new guest vocalist. The song is titled “Etude of Blue Spring feat. Haruko Nagaya (Midori-Kiro-Shakai).” The music was composed by Tsuyoshi Kawakami (bass), and the lyrics were written by Atsushi Yanaka (baritone sax).

Furthermore, the underlying theme of this release is the conclusion of the “Wind Instrument Trilogy.” Rira Ikuta, who served as guest vocalist on
“Free Free Free,” played the trumpet, and Shinya Ishihara(Saucy Dog), who played the tuba on “Monbyakucho,” but the wind instrument Haruko Nagaya—who brings this trilogy to a close—has chosen is the trombone, which she played for six years, from fourth grade through ninth grade, while in her school’s wind ensemble.The album is set to feature a highly anticipated new track showcasing the unique sound created by Ska Paradise’s trombonist Masahiko Kitahara and Haruko Nagaya.

In addition to tracks from the “Wind Instrument Trilogy”—“Free Free Free feat. Rira Ikuta,” “Monbyakucho feat. Shinya Ishihara (Saucy Dog),”“Etude of Blue Spring feat. Haruko Nagaya (Ryokushoku Shakai),” as well as the full version of the sound sticker “JUNK or GEM,” newly produced by Skapara to mark the 20th anniversary of the TBS Radio program “JUNK,”the “J SPORTS STADIUM 2023 Baseball Broadcast Theme Song” “Carpe Diem ~Today Is the Day~,” the theme song for the V1 professional volleyball team Tokyo Great Bears, “Big Dipper,”and the theme song for Nippon TV’s “Sukkiri,” “Monbyakucho -8 a.m. SKA-,” for a total of seven tracks.

The Blu-ray features footage from the final performance of the nationwide “BEST OF LUCK” tour, held from April to July 2022, at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo.It has also been confirmed that the tracks “Sabotage (VS. ALI)” and “Mekureta Orange,” performed with special guest ALI at
that concert, will be included.

Furthermore, from the “Traveling Ska JAMboree 2022-2023” collaboration series—which had just concluded its final performance—the album will include the previously announced tracks: “Monbyakucho”“Paradise Has No Border,” and “Itsuka”—which were previously announced for inclusion—as well as “Mekureta Orange,” performed with Ryuta Shibuya during the show with SUPER BEAVER; “Beautifully Burning Forest,” performed with YAMATO, RYO, and HIROKI during their show with ORANGE RANGE; “Ribbon” and “innocent world,” performed with Kazutoshi Sakurai during their show with Mr. Children; “The Sky Where Canaries Sing” and “Rosie,” performed with Yusuke Chiba during their show with The Birthday;“The Sky Where Canaries Sing” and “Rosie,” and “The Sky Where Canaries Sing,” “BiSH—On a Night When the Stars Twinkle—,” and “Paradise Has No Border,” performed during a split concert with BiSH—this collection is packed with ultra-rare collaboration footage that could only have been created by Ska Paradise.
