商品説明

Since their impressive record debut in 1979, CASIOPEA has continued to lead the fusion scene as one of Japan's leading super bands.
Their sound, which literally embodies their catchphrase at the time of their debut, "Thrill, Speed, Super Technique," is a completely new type of music that was unthinkable before, easily combining familiar melodies created by Issei Noro's exceptional compositional abilities with superb technical playing. The band has established a new musical style and has released many masterpieces such as "ASAYAKE" and "DOMINO LINE".
The band has maintained its reputation as a band despite member changes: the first period from its formation in 1977 to 1989, the second period from 1990 to 2006, and the third period from 2012, the band's 35th anniversary after a 6-year hiatus, when it was renamed CASIOPEA 3rd and restarted.
From 2022 to 2024, the band will be renamed CASIOPEA-P4 with Akira Jimbo passing the baton to Yoshiyori Imai on drums for the fourth season.
In May 2025, the band welcomes a new member, Jun Abe, and takes this opportunity to change the name of the group to CASIOPEA, the original spelling of the name, for the fifth term.
The first live performance, "NEW MEMBER's GIG 2025" Billboard Live Osaka, Billboard Live Tokyo, and Billboard Live Yokohama tour attracted great attention not only from music fans but also from professional musicians.
