A two-disc CD album released in 2009.The album features a selection of performances from the “playing the piano 2009 _out of noise” Japan tour, which took place from March to April of that year. All shows on this tour were recorded, and as part of an experimental initiative, they were made available for download on distribution sites the very next day; this album is a collection of standout performances selected from those recordings.The tracklist strikes a good balance between new songs, rare tracks, and classics, and it’s a delight that it also includes a highlight from the Osaka performance—a spontaneous moment during the MC when the artist began playing “East Wind” in response to a request from the audience, even though it hadn’t been performed on the tour. Comes with a fold-out poster.
