MONDO GROSSO’s follow-up album *Attune / Detune*, a sequel to their 2017 hit album *Born New Again and Again*, will be released on Wednesday, March 21!
In 2017, Shinichi Osawa’s solo project “MONDO GROSSO” made a comeback after a 14-year hiatus.
The album features the new track “False Sympathy,” featuring BiSH’s Aina the End on vocals, which serves as an insert song for the currently airing TBS Tuesday drama *You’ve Taken Root in My Heart*—a series generating buzz as the first lead role for Riho Yoshioka, one of today’s hottest actresses—as well as one additional new track.
The album also marks the first-ever CD release of “TURN IT UP” by Ohashi Trio and “KEMURI” by ACO—tracks that were previously available exclusively on Spotify and AWA, respectively—alongside a collection of tracks reconstructed from the previous album, *Born Anew Again and Again*, giving them a fresh new life.

Furthermore, highly acclaimed MONDO GROSSO music videos—including “Labyrinth,” which has been viewed over 9 million times on YouTube—are included as a bonus feature on a high-definition Blu-ray disc featuring all seven tracks, including those from the previous album.
These music videos utilize KISSonix 3D sound, allowing listeners to experience a three-dimensional soundscape using just two speakers—one on the left and one on the right—making this a definitive collection of music clips.

The album title is “Attune / Detune.”“Attune” means “to tune in to,” while “Detune” refers to the concept of “slightly shifting (the sound)” in the context of electronic music production.
