The theme of this 9th original album, the first in four years, is tokimeki.The jacket design is also noteworthy for its mysterious world view, with 909 (September 9), which is also Ai Otsuka's birthday, reversed to read "POP" in a playful manner and can be enjoyed from any angle.
In addition to "Chime," the opening theme song for the TV anime "Fruits Basket" (the second cool), "Aibiki," which was co-written with rapper Akko Gorilla, and "GO," which has been warmly anticipated for release at live performances, the album also includes "Koi Full," a song that will represent the album, a new standard Christmas song, "Santa Kisses Me," and a new song, "Santa's Kiss," which is a new song for the album. The album includes 11 songs in total, including new songs such as "Koi Full", which will represent the album, and a new standard Christmas song, "Santa ni kisu shite".
The DVD/Blu-ray includes footage from Ai Otsuka's annual anniversary and birthday live "LOVE IS BORN ~18th Anniversary 2021~" held in September, as well as audio commentary by the singer herself (with supplementary audio). Also included are music videos for all six songs.
