Since their impressive record debut in 1979, CASIOPEA has continued to lead the fusion scene as one of Japan's leading super bands.
Their sound, which literally embodies their catchphrase from their debut, "Thrill, Speed, Super Technique," is the result of Issei Noro's unparalleled compositional abilities. The sound literally embodies their catchphrase at the time of their debut: "Thrill, Speed, Super Technique." The band has established a completely new musical style that was unthinkable before, easily combining familiar melodies and superb technical play through Issei Noro's exceptional compositional abilities, and has released many great songs, including "ASAYAKE" and "DOMINO LINE.
The first period from its formation in 1977 to 1989, the second period from 1990 to 2006, and the third period from 2006 to 2007. The band has maintained its reputation as a band despite member changes. In May 2025, the band welcomes a new member, Jun Abe, and takes this opportunity to change the name of the group to CASIOPEA, the original name of the group. The first live performance, "NEW MEMBER's GIG 2025" Billboard Live Osaka, Billboard Live Tokyo, and Billboard Live Yokohama tour attracted great attention not only from music fans but also from professional musicians.
This work is a complete recording of all 20 songs from the white-hot live stage at CLUB CITTA' on September 11, 2025, the final show of the memorable 5th Kickoff Summer Live Tour "CASIOPEA Summer Tour 2025~TRUE BLUE~".
