Planned as a commemorative album for the 30th anniversary of Akiko Yano's debut, the CD was released in 2006.The self cover album "Hajimete no Yano Akiko" was released as an analog vinyl record (LP) in 2015, featuring superb guest artists.
In November 2024, in response to listener demand, it was re-released as a limited-edition analog record (LP version) with heavy-duty specifications!
Participating artists include Kazumasa Oda, Noriyuki Makihara, YUKI, Hiromi Uehara, Yosui Inoue, and Kiyoshiro Imawano.
This is a masterpiece that gives you a sense of the "breath" that only analog can give you from Akiko Yano and the superb artists on this album.
