This is his 11th single, released in anticipation of the live tours “EXILE ATSUSHI LIVE TOUR 2025 ‘Heart to Heart’ ~Resurrection Festival~” and “‘Heart to Heart’ Season 2.”As a
solo release, this is his first new work in about two years since “Photograph feat. Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra Horn Section,” released in June 2023.
“Love Thang” is a dance track with a groovy blend of positivity and love, featuring lyrics written by ATSUSHI. The title carries the implication of “That’s what love is all about,” and its sound, reminiscent of the ’80s, is refreshing.
Meanwhile, “It’s Brand New” features a song marking the reunion of the original COLOR—a four-member vocal group led by EXILE ATSUSHI—whose surprise release garnered significant attention following a sudden reunion amid persistent calls for a comeback, even after nearly 20 years had passed.This track allows listeners to fully appreciate their timeless vocal harmonies, which stood out uniquely in the Japanese music scene at the time of their
debut.
