Rena Maeda, who has appeared as a voice actress in many works, and Yuya Wakai (from Wakai Project), an up-and-coming jazz pianist from the University of Tokyo, participated.
The album offers a completely different sound from their previous work.
The cover art is by Rojiko, known for FAKE TYPE.’s music videos, and Koma is in charge of the design.

“FAKE JAZZ” is a remix album paying homage to classic jazz standards!
This deluxe 3-disc set includes Disc 1 with 12 newly recorded remixes, Disc 2 featuring the 20 classic jazz standards that served as the source material, and a DVD containing music videos for three tracks from their previous album, “FAKE BOX”!!
Guest appearances include voice actress Rena Maeda—who has appeared in numerous works such as “Even So, the World Is Beautiful,” “Parasyte: The Maxim,” and “HUNTER×HUNTER”—and up-and-coming jazz pianist Yuya Wakai (from Wakai Project), a graduate of the University of Tokyo. This album offers a sound that’s a cut—or two—above their
previous work.
The cover art is by “Roji-ko,” familiar from FAKE TYPE.’s music videos, while
the design is by “Koma.”
