On August 7, 2013, SKY-HI released his major-label solo debut single, “Ai Bloom / RULE,” marking 10 years of his solo career.

This year, he held his first arena tour—his largest to date—titled “SKY-HI ARENA TOUR 2023 –BOSSDOM–” in Tokyo and Osaka. A LIVE DVD & Blu-ray, featuring footage from the opening night performance on May 27 at Yoyogi First Gymnasium in Tokyo,

will be released on December 12—which also happens to be his birthday. This concert featured a total of 14 members of his longtime house band and dance troupe “SUPER FLYERS,” with four additional dancers joining them this time, along with the latest equipment such as transparent LED screens, resulting in a performance brimming with entertainment value and vitality.
Additionally, Korean and Taipei-based rappers “Reddy” and “ØZI” made surprise guest appearances at the Tokyo show.

The setlist centered on tracks from his original album *THE DEBUT*, released on December 12, 2022, while also incorporating songs SKY-HI has released over the years, making this a must-see concert that truly serves as a culmination of his 10-year career.

Other features include a commentary track by the trio consisting of Tak Tanaka, bandmaster and guitarist of SUPER FLYERS, and KENSUKE from the four-member dance team “BFQ,” who also handled the live show’s direction.
Additionally, the release includes a “Behind the Scenes” segment capturing the making of this concert, offering a rich look into the production process and behind-the-scenes details of “BOSSDOM.”
