Since the summer of 2016, EXILE has concentrated on solo and individual group activities, bringing together and unleashing the experience, knowledge and energy they have cultivated in their respective activities.They have been releasing new songs for 6 consecutive months since February 2018, and with the same momentum, they will release an album on July 25 (Wed.) and start a dome tour in autumn!
In addition to the 6 songs of "EXILE FRIDAY", which has been released on the first Friday of every month since February, the new songs will include the popular Nissin "Cup Noodle" commercial song "Heads or Tails" which has been on-air since April, new songs from the album, and the new songs from the previous album "19 DVD/Blu-ray contains 14 songs including "Ki-mi・ni・mu・chu", the theme song for the Rio Olympics broadcast, "Joy-ride～Jubilation Drive～", "24karats GOLD SOUL", the soul of EXILE, and more. DVD/Blu-ray includes all 14 songs on the CD.

The latest "EXILE PRIDE" film by Koichi Makino, which has been filmed for more than 3 years since 2015 when Toshio Matsumoto, USA and MAKIDAI retired from the group, is included!
