The "Katsushika Trio," formed by Tetsuo Sakurai, Akira Jinbo, and Minoru Mukoya, all of whom were early members of the legendary fusion band "Cassiopeia," has released its second album, "M.R.I. Mirai," one year after its debut album "M.R.I. Mirai," which received favorable reviews and ranked first in the jazz, classical and other genres on the November 6, 2023, Oricon weekly album ranking. The second album "M.R.I_Mirai" was released less than a year after its debut album "M.R.I_Mirai" which was well received and ranked No. 1 in the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking on November 6, 2023!As the title "Uchu No Avalenbo" suggests, this album offers a spacy and cool fusion sound.
This is a must-have for fusion fans, bursting with "music for mature adults!
The band will also embark on a concert tour starting on September 28, with seven stops throughout Japan.
The first concert at Katsushika Symphony Hills is already sold out! An additional show at Tokyo International Forum Hall C, the last stop on the tour, has also been announced.
