His new album, "The Gift"—his first release in Japan—features tracks composed while he was visiting Japan in November 2025. As bonus tracks, the album includes four songs: the title tracks from each of his two Grammy-winning albums, plus alternate versions of two songs that hold special meaning for him and have been well-received at concerts. The album features a total of 12 tracks.
Note that many of Peter Kater’s works, including this album, were recorded with the piano tuned to 432 Hz.
